A complete revamp!

Once again, I had the pleasure of working with my dad, who’s a general contractor / builder at Golden Leaf Homes Inc. I re-designed the floor plan / layout of this property to make it more efficient and to avoid any wasted space.

This unique home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a finished attic space, open concept living/dining room, a family room adjacent to the kitchen, , and a stand alone studio in-law suite.

I must say, this project holds an extra special spot in my heart…
